As a lifelong Texan and Austin native, Christos Peter brings local market knowledge and nearly a decade of mortgage experience to borrowers across the state. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Geography in 2016, he obtained both his real estate and mortgage licenses and began building a career in the housing industry. While he enjoyed learning both sides of the business, he quickly realized his passion was in mortgage lending, where he could help people understand their options and create a clear path toward homeownership.

Over the years, Christos has worked in a variety of roles throughout the mortgage industry, giving him firsthand experience with every stage of the lending process. Those experiences helped shape the way he works with clients today, focusing on communication, problem-solving, and making the process as smooth as possible. In 2025, after nearly a decade in the business, he opened his own branch with Barton Creek Lending Group with the goal of providing a more personalized lending experience built around service, trust, and results.
